These terms apply to all users of the platform, including viewers, content creators, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

You must comply with all policies provided to you within the scope of our Services.

Do not misuse our Services. For example, you must not interfere with our Services or attempt to access them using any method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

Meme Picker lets signed-in users upload their own memes through our mobile app. You keep ownership of the memes you create and upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Meme Picker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, publicly display and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you represent and warrant that:

• you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to grant the licence above;
• it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other right of any third party;
• it is not illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise objectionable.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Every upload is reviewed by our moderation team before it can appear publicly, and we may reject, remove or disable any User Content — and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms — at our sole discretion and without notice. You can report content you believe violates these terms from within the app, and we will review reports and act within a reasonable time.

These rights and responsibilities continue for content that has been published, even if you later stop using our Services.

We are constantly improving and evolving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or discontinue a Service altogether.

You may stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. We may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers and distributors shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

In all cases, we and our suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to reflect, for example, changes to the law or to our Services.
